its been an absolute nightmare trying to unzip and run this game as its constantly detected as a virus and then auto deletes and when i finally get it to actually unzip and run the resolution ends up terrible. im sure this game is a really good game from what ive seen about it on youtube but its unfortunate that it has these issues in trying to run it. if you update it in the future to actually work properly then i'll give it a go but untill then its just too stressfull and too much to deal with.i really wish i had better things to say.
I'm looking for the reason behind all the antivirus warnings, sorry for the problems. What exactly happens with the resolution though? Does the game open with 320x200 resolution without stretching it to fill the screen?
Weird. I tested the game before release on 3 different computers and it didn't happen (nobody else reported this problem either). Were you able to play the game after it fixed itself?
After submitting the file to Virustotal and analyzing the results, I can quite confidently say that this poses no security risks.
Also, for anyone having resolution issues with this game, I found a way to fix it! First, you need to download a software application called 'Borderless Gaming', which allows you to force any game into borderless windowed mode. Then open Veashelletz, and in the Options menu turn off fullscreen. Finally, use Borderless Gaming to make the application borderless. It automatically makes the game go fullscreen with much better scaling and without actually changing your screen resolution!
Strange, did you download the latest version? If there's a "Windows protected your PC" message then click "more info" and then run anyway. And if that's not what is displayed select actions and then allow on device. Though it should not happen on the newest version.
It won't let me allow on device, whenever I try to the option just vanishes before I can click on it, no clue why. Edit: I have been able to click on "allow on device" but even when I do it doesn't download
I actually had similar thing when I downloaded it myself today. I went to protection history, hovered my mouse over "potential danger", clicked, and then clicked "yes". Worked out for me.
Very well made, now being reminded you had made Tealgrounds, it makes sense. I just wish the game was much larger in scale, like a bigger house to explore with more areas to be chased around by the Entity.
The game looks great. I really wanted to play this, but the executable file causes warnings about harmful malware. I trusted your game fully and turned off every major defense from PC, but still the game can't be downloaded properly. Maybe you can find a way to pack it as ZIP or some other type of file case. Good luck with the game.
Thank you for fixing that. I really loved playing the game. The atmosphere and retro style did it for me. The only minor complaint I had was with the interaction, when I was searching the items - it did take too long. Other than that, great game. Definitely recommended to everyone to play it. The game opens in fullscreen and everything is very blurry ill include a screenshot.
if you go to options and toggle fullscreen to off and then hit the maximize button its no longer blurry.
